Has my order been sent yet ?
If you have received an email or text confirming shipping, then yes..

Part of my order is missing
Contact us for replacement. This is possible at the courier service pick up point only. View your product before the courier, and return it immediately.

Which methods of payments can I use?
We offer cash on delivery, wise transfers for users outside Kenya, traditional bank transfer and Mpesa services. (Kindly reach out for elaboration)

Yes it is safe, and you have cash on delivery option to guarantee you feel even more safe.
Can you give me more information about the products and services?
We are a gift shop, offering luxury accessories. We also are your personal shopper, if you need anything that is not in our website, but is in any part of Europe, we arrange an appointment, discuss your needs, shop for you and ship right to your doorstop. To give you a brief idea; if you are building a house, or already have one, but need to upgrade it. We help you source quality products from Europe ranging from bath tubs to lamps (Anything for your interior). We can also pre order small items for you, to be shipped with our goods,
